The Coke & Olive Oil FLUSH IS AMAZING. AUGUST 2011 Fantastic, less harsh than that Olive Oil & Lemon flush. It’s very frightening how congested, how fatty, how deprived my liver is. I do the flushes, any of them, I begin to have heart attack symptoms, my heart pounds for hours…..years of poor digestion, I need the Mighty Thor to blast his way through the rocks and rubble that is my liver! My flushes have their work cut out for them. There’s nothing that can be done, the sludge has to be thinned, pushed & pulled out. My fault for not checking on this 20+ years ago, during a free heart exam, REMEMBER THOSE? They told me I had high cholesterol, given that my father passed before 50 *cholesterol & heart issues*; that was also a deciding factor in my life I needed checking. But I was invincible. I was. That was then, this is now. Doing egg yolk flushes too! Thanks to the curemanual forum & Tsetsi on the other forum!. I finally BELIEVE I have a way outta this funk…….brb…….restroom break……hundreds of green stones AGAIN……….I’m back! Hello,

i got a few questions. When you drink the mixture on your 3rd day it says to lay down and so then get up and walk a bit, no xtreneous etc. So what happens then, should i get to sleep or stay up or what?? if i stay up should i keep drinking the aplle cider+ultra phos mixture or just have water??/ will i be passing some stones after the oil mixture after laying as prescribed and getting up to walk??

Finally, next day morning, can i eat normally?? or do i have to eat an specific diet???

Please, help me with htese questions , i want to make sure i get this right.

Hi. For people with blood sugar issues, could they dissolve malic acid into water to substitute for all that apple juice, and put the Phos into that? Thank you for your reply.

Absolutely NO. Dr Sutter was clear about this. Diet coke has artificial sweeteners. And diet coke does not have to correct formulation that reacts with the ultra phos. So diet coke is a big NO.
