When you drink the mixture on your 3rd day it says to lay down and so then get up and walk a bit, no xtreneous etc. So what happens then, should i get to sleep or stay up or what?? if i stay up should i keep drinking the aplle cider+ultra phos mixture or just have water??/ will i be passing some stones after the oil mixture after laying as prescribed and getting up to walk?? Finally, next day morning, can i eat normally?? or do i have to eat an specific diet??? Please, help me with htese questions , i want to make sure i get this right. Thanks much Hello,
