Pepito followed Jaime Dy Liacco who turned out to be a disaster. Disaster because Dy Liacco recommended so much salt which caused edema. Then recommended those pig "lapay" which gave Pepito electric shocks. Dy Liacco was absent / un-contactable when Pepito needed him most to adjust the wrong recommendations.
