Celiac is not just a wheat intolerance, it's also the intolerance of barely, rye, and oats. Those with celiac can no longer absorb the nutrients from their food. This isn't something in someone's head or a label for people who have a little problem with wheat. It is an autoimmune disorder just like diabetes. You think wheat constipates people? LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL Sorry can't stop laughing at that. The smallest amount of wheat causes some people to have diarrhea so badly that they can't go to sleep because it just runs out.
