Great to hear your success with Raw paleo. I’ve been eating an approximately 80% strict cooked paleo diet with some basic supplementation (fish oil, coconut oil, whey protein, multi vitamin, magnesium) geared toward gymnastics performance for the past year or so. I’m also live in Manila but I have trouble maintaining this diet while keeping my budget in check. A few budget friendly things I consume are canned sardines and virgin coconut oil. Do you have any more suggestions for maintaining a diet similar to yours while being friendly to the wallet?

First time to eat raw meat Wow its delicious and I also want to do also a liver flush can you explain how? As I read your article about liver flushing, do I have to eat my usual raw food after drinking the egg yolk, lime juice and VCO first hour in the morning?

What may be helpful is if you incorporate a raw version of the blood type diet. I would visit dadamo.com because he recommends a high animal protein diet for blood type O where type A’s thrive on veggie proteins and a more vegan diet. Dairy isn’t recommended except for B types… Feel free to contact me…

I have read some of the LIver cleansing you try. as ko lang if you can help me with my problem I been having a bad habit in eating at ngayon Mataas ang SGPT ko its about 79 dati nga aroung 100 cya. at Bowel movement ko ay hindi tama. nararamdaman ko na may intestinal problem ako. at may fatty liver ako please help what to do. hindi ko kaya magpagamot ng mahal … I hope you can advice me..

Edwin, Hi I just wanted to say thanks so much for sharing this story. I cant wait to look more into this raw food diet. I am on a macrobiotic diet for some severe health problems. I have e-mailed you before some questions and always appreciate your reponse. The diet I am on now is all cooked it has helped me, my health has improved. I really want to feel much better than I do. Maybe I will try the raw food. Although I admit I am afraid to eat meat. When I did several years ago my condition became worse. I was eating cooked chicken and eggs at the time. Thanks again for sharing.
