It is only in certain countries that horses are not staple foods. I buy my horse meat from the city of Malabon where horse meat is a staple and sold openly in the daily wet market in front of city hall. Obviously the people of Malabon think horse meat is good horse meat. And they are not bad people. You do what you have to do in Australia and keep it within your borders and take care of your own horses. You mind your own Australian horse business. While we in the Philippines and everywhere else will concentrate on our own horse business. Take a look at the examples of Indians. They don't eat beef. But they don't go out preaching to other nations not to eat beef. Horse loving nations should learn from the Indians. You are the minority. Horses are not human. We rescue horses here in Australia from very inhumane Slaughter houses, these horses are saved and go on to healing adults and children with autism etc. All I'm saying is that they're very intelligent and sensitive animal, their healing properties are in the connection to them as humans, not their meat. Please think twice before eating this meat. Humans have alot to learn from animals. Thank you :) I’m talking about humanity here, not culture.
