This website was primarily made as a reference for my family. Our family cure manual. My knowledge which used to be scattered in several websites will be consolidated in this one website. This website contains my opinions, my recommendations for my family members.
If you are family, I encourage you to read and learn and ask.
Friends and strangers are free to read and use this website at their own risk.
You must understand that I write as if I am talking to my own children and grand children.
