You can prevent acid reflux by eating a diet recommended for humans. A raw paleolithic diet is the best. High fat, low carbohydrate. You can begin with a cooked meat paleolithic diet and move slowly to more rare meats. Raw fish as in sashimi is easy for many cultures. It is fruit and fat that makes people move their bowels cleanly.
You can prevent acid reflux by avoiding all the advertised boxed cereals and manufactured foods that say “with fiber” or “fiber added” or “fiber enhanced”. The addition of fiber or a high fiber diet is a CAUSE of constipation. The whole fiber added industry is absolutely WRONG.
