My simple point of view is you should be on a Raw Paleolithic Diet. With high amounts of raw fat, high meat, some raw veggies and some fruit. Your ratios may vary depending on your current state of health.
– RAW MEAT and RAW FAT of organic / wild animal / fish
– RAW organic vegetables juiced or cooked and blendered depending on the vegetable (some none at all.)
– RAW organic fruit (not sugar bombs, some, none at all.)
